Najwa Dahdah
Najwa Dahdah is a seasoned early childhood consultant and educator with over 22 years of experience in teaching, program leadership, and culturally responsive consulting. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Empowered Community Outreach Service, a nonprofit organization, and CEO of Empowered Child Care Consulting, Inc., providing coaching, CDA training, and business consulting for diverse early childhood programs.
Najwa is an adjunct faculty member at Wayne County Community College and former faculty at Henry Ford College. She is an approved MI Registry Trainer, CDA Professional Development Specialist, certified Pre-K CLASS Observer, and a cultural diversity trainer. Her work emphasizes equity, inclusion, and community empowerment, especially among Arabic-speaking and immigrant communities.
Najwa holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and has led multiple initiatives supporting quality care, family engagement, and small business development in early education. She is fluent in English and Arabic.
