Richard brings a diverse background to his legal practice. Prior to attaining a law degree from the Wayne State University Law School, Richard owned and operated several small businesses. Then as an attorney, Richard worked as a Wayne County Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Counsel’s Real Estate division, and represented the Wayne County Dept. of Public Services. While handling a diverse range of matters, Richard also litigated approximately 70 bench trials. In late 2016, Richard left Wayne County to open the boutique law firm of Delta Law Group, PC that handles complex real estate transactions, corporate issues, health care matters and administrative licensing issues for health professionals. Richard’s practice involves understanding and application of state and federal statutes and regulations regarding contracts, real estate and health care issues on a daily basis. With a well-rounded business and legal background, Richard is able to assist client’s with varied and complicated legal issues.
